Yellow Taxi is a mobile application that helps users quickly and easily book a taxi, track their driver in real time and reach their destination with confidence. The app is designed for everyday city life — whether it's a quick ride across town or a trip to the airport.
My goal was to create a simple, intuitive and reliable experience that reduces friction, increases transparency and makes the whole journey feel more comfortable.
Existing local taxi experiences often feel outdated — too many steps, unclear information and inconsistent communication. Users frequently don't know exactly when the driver will arrive or where to meet them, which creates uncertainty and frustration, especially for solo travelers or those in unfamiliar places.
I was responsible for the complete design process — from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI, interactive prototype and design system.
The project delivered a complete end-to-end concept — from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity screens, a scalable component library and an interactive prototype covering all main experiences.
This project reinforced the importance of simplicity, clear communication and user trust. Even small details — like driver information or pickup instructions — can make a big difference in how safe and comfortable people feel during a ride.
